What this site is

DeepTested is an independent review site. We test tools ourselves and publish what we found. Everything here is general information. It isn't professional, legal, financial or business advice, and it doesn't replace your own judgment about which tool fits you.

Prices, plans and features change

Software vendors change prices, plan limits and features often. Every review shows the date we last tested the tool and the date we last checked prices on the vendor's official page. Those details were accurate on those dates as far as we could check, but they may have changed since. Always confirm on the vendor's own site before you buy. If you spot something out of date, please tell us (see below).

Affiliate links

Some links on this site are affiliate links. If you sign up or buy through them, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Commissions never change our scores or results. Details are on our affiliate disclosure page.

No warranty

We work hard to be accurate, but the site and everything on it is provided "as is", without any warranty of any kind. We don't promise that the content is complete, current or error-free, or that the site will always be available.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, DeepTested is not liable for any loss or damage that comes from using this site, relying on its content, or using any tool or service we write about. That includes lost profits, lost data and indirect or consequential losses. Your agreement with any vendor is between you and that vendor.

Links to other sites

We link to vendors' sites and other sources so you can check facts yourself. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content, prices, privacy practices or terms.

Using our content

You're welcome to read, share links to and quote short parts of our pages with a link back. Please don't copy whole articles, test results, screenshots or videos without asking first.

Messages you send us

You can write to us at hello@deeptested.com, for example with corrections, tips or questions. By sending a message, you let us use what you wrote to check and improve our pages (for example, fixing an error and noting it in the test log). We won't publish your name or email address without your permission. Please don't send anything confidential.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the bottom of this page shows when they last changed. If you keep using the site after a change, the updated terms apply.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
